HIIT or “High Intensity Interval Training” is a style of workout focusing on high intense exercise in short periods with a brief rest. HIIT helps burn more calories than other types of exercises compared the same time spent. Moreover, HIIT allows you to have fun with many different types of exercises. HIIT suits for those who have limited time of workout but want to get an effective workout. This online course offers three levels of training from easy to hard.
