Provides a solid platform to perform your lifts. Squats, Dead’s and anything that requires good foot stability. Clearly aimed at the every level market I can’t fault them really. I’ve been using them for six weeks now, training 3 times a week and they’ve worn in well. A little tight to begin with but now very comfortable. They’re not too high either. A delicate rise at the heel but not enough to notice, feels pretty flat. Definitely a great entry point and having had a pair of these I look forward to spending a little more in the future, when the time comes to replace them.
