These adidas training shoes move seamlessly from the weight room to the street. A dual-density midsole with REPETITOR foam provides a stiffer feel in the heel for added stability during lifts. The Cordura® nylon upper offers flexibility and durability. A Traxion outsole grips the ground for quick cuts and sprints.
Perfect shoe for training Hyrox or any other cross training. You can run, but I wouldn’t recommend using this as a running shoe. I mainly use this for circuit training where my focus is heavy weight lifting in combination with light running. I typically use Xero shoes for my training, but opted for more protection underfoot without the squish from running shoes, or the stiffness of weightlifting shoes

It’s a great product for athleisure activities
It’s a all around shoe, if you can only travel with one pair of shoes and you need balance between your casual outfits and have the need to workout, this are definitely a great choice you can dress them up or down and they are super comfortable for a weight lifting workout or a short running session.
