1st of all absolutely love the colour.ordered a pair of the blue spzl.missed out last year so purchased when they released.they were scuffed & almost furry on some parts of the eyestay.other parts were faded & marked.not good.sent back to get an exchange but after forums I realised the process would be too long & probably sell out before the exchange.Rang customer service to cancel & get a refund to order another pair.massively helpful & quick.even put a pair in my basket so I wouldn't miss out.true to word,we're in my basket by time the call ended.since returned & full refund.the customer service was excellent.new pair arrived today.amazing colours & gorgeous trainer so worth the purchase.wouldn't say the quality is better than standard gazelles but I do love the the colour.i have the chalk white spzl,they are next level with quality & between the 2 it's night & day.but glad they're in the collection.gorgeous trainer,brilliant customer service.worth it but a bit of a hassle.
