Good mobility and stability, greatly assists the performance of TKD techniques such as spinning kicks and footwork. Fit my feet nicely and movement feels secure despite being laceless. Probably wise to try the size out first, the design may not accommodate all foot-shapes. My only issue is the colour, not sure if it's the an optical illusion or the photograph but I was expecting a darker silver. I purchased the shoes on the right but the ones that arrived appear to be the same colour as the shoes on the left.
